Ok, I was thinking this was going to be different than other systems I have
configured. LOL. I don't know WHY I was thinking that. /me slaps himself
upside the head.
Anyway, I figured it all out. I was expecting ifconfig to handle all the
configuration totally forgetting things like route and the resolver and the
host of other network utilities I've used on other *n*x systems..
Now back to your regularly scheduled programming.
