Well, if it were legal, they'd be on openbsd.org, methinks.

IANAL, but I think you'll find this is not allowed - after all, people
who get their java directly from you can do so without agreeing to Sun's
conditions, and forcing people to do that seems to be the whole point of
the exercise.
