Perhaps in the first two messages he's speaking rhetorically? As in "let's
imagine I'm running an OpenBSD/FreeBSD machine etc...". And perhaps he's not
a native English speaker.

Or perhaps he's a troll. No matter. I still don't see the need for napalm.
