I install 2 Xeon and on the SMP only 1 of the Xeon CPUs are powering up.

my /etc/mp.config contains

extclk
noisa
nopci

..

What myst I do to get the next CPU to register?

On the Tyan S2727 jus

extclk
nonmi

worked fine.
