Snapshot is a concept about LVM. It redirect all Output activities to
a temp area, and maintain a static image. It's none about JFS.

So IBM say, Decrease the activity of a LV before snapshot. If there is
a large mount acts , the file system may be inconsistent. The most
important the transcation data is inconsitent.
