Thanks!!! I think I've got it now, since I'm viewing this from Lynx, in Linux.
I don't know how the formatting will come out because this is the first
time that I've used Lynx too. ( I haven't downloaded any other brower yet
as I wanted to get ppp working first. The web looks funny without the
pictures.
The main trouble was that I was using a driver that someone had directed
me to on the web, one similar to Intel 536ep but not the exact same. Once
I installed it and followed all the directions to the tee it work, no problem
first time. The ppp connection script was even right the first time around.
Thanks again, now I can free up my other HD partition of windows and turn
it over to Linux!
