Just thought i'd ask, before i pull all my hair out...

I gave up trying to get my printer (lexmark z33 usb) working in
slackware/kde, so i thought it would be easier to use it via smb with the
printer attached to another windows xp machine on the network.

However, whenever i try to set up the printer, i get a "SMB Backend not
supported" error.

I have samba installed and running. Also i've verified smbclient exists.

What do i need to do to be able to print to a windows shared printer?
