Following up ... I just installed Slackware 10 in my office (and Slackpkg
found in Slackware 10 Extra) and it worked fine there. However, at home,
where I have Slackware Current (and Slackpkg found in Slackware Current
Extra), gpg stuff fails to work as outlined above.
