Nothing from unusual, Slackware-Current almost always tracks the stable
kernel. Besides that, the latest 2.4.x kernels primarily have security and
stability updates.

Don't hold your breath. Even with a six month cycle between 10.1 and 11.0
we still have to wait till August for a new release, and a six month cycle
is really short for Slackware. The average has been about 8-9 months the
last few years. Past results are no guarantee for the future, but you can
make an educated guess

Other hand, we have been gambling here abouts for more than ten good solid
ears, so it goes to show we won't ever know
