My guess is that he did attack yo because he thought that you would be
willing to fight him. If you do a search on him on google groups you will
find that his messages are not posted with the intention of helping others
or asking for help, he is only looking for flame wars. I once did that
search on google too late after feeding the troll with flamewar fuel.
