For an error in use of ~x86 flag i downgrade
glibc from 2.3.2 to 2.3.1.
My python (and many other apps) is compiled for lib 2.3.2
and does'nt work with old version.

Thr emerge system is write in python and not work.

Panic!!! Big panic!!!, Big disaster!!!

Search my gentoo live cd. I not find it (sig!) and i download
it again. mount the cd and untar stage-1 on /tmp get python and
overwrite my /usr/bin/python with the version in the cd

GOOD :-)) python and emerge work, I rebuild the correct version
of glibc, I rebuild python also. Now the system is OK.

The problem is my error, but i think that a specific tool and
an howto for recover a broken emerge system is a good idea.
