It didn't work. By the way, the matter is that the "emerge
linux-wlan-ng" wants to compile pcmcia-cs with all the drivers, so it
needs that. But, at the same time, if you disable the pcmcia support of
the kernel, pcmcia-cs says that it should be enabled on 2.5.x and
2.6.x. What a mess!

What's the difference between gentoo kernel and pfeifer one?
