Hi,

In the past I've been using Windows XP and I used to use outlook XP with AVG
antivirius and Cloudmakr Spamnet which worked well to protect me from Spam
and Virii nasties.

What do people recommend to get a similar setup on gentoo? I've looked at
Mozilla but it doesn't show what messages it is downloading and won't let
you view the inbox whilst it's downloading (I get 300-400 messages a day at
about 98% Spam).
