Before emerge texmacs I have emerge guile
I don't know where is the problem!
I do everything by the book.

emerge -p texmacs
emerge texmacs

and then it downloads and compiles

guile and texmacs

Right now I do a new emerge of guile ...

but it is a old problem with texmacs,
