Not in every case, sometimes it really does mean 'unstable/testing'
software.

So whilst KDE 3.2.2 has been out for a month, still it's under testing
(not neccessarily unstable) to see if issues crop up (compilation or
runtime). After all, we don't want several thousand KDE users to
automatically upgrade only to run all sorts of problems, let's leave
that to the ~x86 users. :P
