It also nuked my fstab as well as all my other important config files. I've
gotten most back, but K3b, smb4k, and nvidia won't work. Can't get to a
console without x running to fix it. Moral of the story is read exactly
what the update is going to do before answering yes. My fault. Like so
many other lessons in computers, sometimes you have to learn the hard way.
