As the method how the Software Patent suggestion has got this far isn't a
legal method, you can still take it to EU court and they should decalre it as
illegal.

But of course, it's a lot easier if it's voted against in the parlament, but
you never know how the SP-zeliots will hide it, so people won't know that they
are voting about SP.
