Much better! Although the signing still messes up your .sig, which by
convention and RFCs are recommended to be preceded by "-- " and not "- --".
If using "-- ", clients who support it can snip your sig when replying, or
display it differently when reading. No biggie, but I believe it's enigmail
doing this too.
Any need for PGP-signing your posts, except that the functionality is there?

That depends -- if on my laptop, I use Evolution, if on a server, I use pine
or trn, and if on my work PC, I have to use Outlook Express (folks, don't
slam others for using OE, cause sometimes they don't have a choice). And in
rare cases I use telnet to port 119 on my news server. :-)
