It was proposed to become a USE flag already over two years ago, considering
that */srv* is part of the FHS and is already being created - albeit left
empty - in most modern distributions.
There was some debate about it on the Gentoo forums as well, and so I
naturally presumed that this USE flag had in the meantime already been
adopted...
