Check out %ORACLE_HOME%\database\oradim.log for errors
and c:\oracle\admin\%ORACLE_SID%\bdump\alert_%ORACLE_S ID%.log
for errors, resolve them or post them here.
Actually this is a FAQ, and I have provided this advice many times.
