What is the cost for? Is it for IBM services to do the upgrade for you?

Or is this only for the license, OS support contract (1 yr), and media?

Keep in mind, the license cost is higher if it's a bigger system (more
processors / faster processors).

Cheapest for us was license cost for our B50s but our larger machines
like the 6H1 (6 processors) started to approach about EUR 1000.
