what exactly is running on the AIX server that you want to run under
windows ? if its just shell script based processing, then you could
use cygwin or unix tools for windows. if its an application compiled
for AIX v*.* then you are not going to have much luck.

What version of AIX are we talking about ? you are more likely to get
an RT emulator (AIX 2.*) or a PS2 Emulator (AIX 1.*), but from ver 3.*
on its all Power PC Architecture ...
