I am looking at a V7.2 FP10 sqllib (for Windows) and it definitely does
have a "sqllib\java12" directory. I don't know why you don't have one,
unless:

1) For some reason it isn't there on OS/2, or
2) There's something you need to install

I'm in process of investigating #1, but it seems our OS/2 build servers
still aren't recovered from the power hit.
