Try this for starters. The bugs are listed in APAR section on the left.
Other information such as downloadable manuals in PDF format and technotes
are also available on the left side of the web page. Don't forget about the
Redbooks (see below). Redbooks are how-to guides about all IBM products and
there are many on DB2.
