Default Disabling the DB2DETAILDEADLOCK event monitor
DB2 8.2 on AIX 5.3.

Please could someone tell me how to permanently disable the default
DB2DETAILDEADLOCK event monitor (also, so that it does not restart
when the instance is recycled).
