A little program called "redir" does so. If you could not find it on
the net, call me per PM for the source code,
*BUT* you use the program on your own risk!
If some one hacks/cracks (or what ever) this program, it's not my fault.

But if you use connection to the Internet a real NAT program and/or
firewall will be a better suggestion for you.
