Default apache log

Hi all, before making a mistake...:

I want to delete all /usr/local/apache/logs/* files.

To have new log files.

Can i safely delete:

access_log, access_ssl_log, error_log,error_ssl_log, httpd.pid,
ssl_engine_log ,ssl_mutex.31213, ssl_mutex.6382, ssl_mutex.9944,
ssl_mutex.9971, ssl_request_log, ssl_scache.dir, ssl_scache.pag.

May all ssl_cache, and ssl log files be deleted??

Thanks.

PS: I'm tracking a bug: a particulary website as trouble thats makes
explorer crash!! Is it server script or client side??? i don't know. Php
may take part in this trouble.??
