| > Cool... never seen nothing like this before IIRC LILO used to do the same thing if it didn`t install properly (I was getting something similar on a test install I did about 5 years ago on a box - I think at the time I had to FDISK /MBR it from a windows boot floppy and reinstall the boot loader) |

This is a wierd effect from a wierd board. Now the system is booting ok, if i go back to bios and change the boot sequence again to cdrom,c,a then i get the "GRUB GRUB" stuff again. This is a real nice board, it has a chipset integrated usb controller, but there is no usb ports and no usb inside pins. eh eh eh, there is even an option to enable/desable usb controller in bios options, but where are the usb ports? regards ArameFarpado |
