| Ok guys, here's my prob ... I wanted to know if my pc is "cool enough" to be a server. I need a gateway / bandwidth monitor / firewall for like 50 masqueraded workstations. I have a pentium 2 350mhz with 200mb ram, i wanted to know if that's enough (with debian stable) to work flawlessly for years or so Oh, since im at it, someone can suggest me good ways to monitor the bandwidth and manage it ? (like, giving a luser only 2kb/sec of bandwidth or so) ... Also, there's a way (without a proxy like squid, just masquerading) to monitor what sites someone visited ? Thanks in advance for your time, Sypher |
