If you're running Suse 8.2 personal edition you may not have these. While some people in this group will argue with me over this point, the Suse site says that the Personal Edition does not come with "development tools" (what /exactly/ that means is up for argument, though). Since the Pers Ed system doesn't have "development tools" it would surprise me greatly if the docs for such things were installed. In other words, if you're using Suse Pro, just install the dev tools and their man pages should be installed as well.
