| Hi I am having problems addressing a 40Gb EIDE disk when installing OpenServer 5.0.2 on dell PC. I use biosgeom=(4800, 255, 63) at the Boot: prompt and it sees the entire drive and installs - my problem comes after a reboot and it says there is NO OS - if I install without using biosgeom and it uses the drives CHS values (not LBA) it boots but only sees 8Gb. Any ideas? Sean |
