| According to a recent filing in the bankruptcy court, SCO's execs were paid (or asked the court for permission to pay) bonuses after exceeding their net revenue targets by over 100%! Wow, sounds impressive! Only one problem: the target was NEGATIVE! Yes, the target was a net revenue of approximately MINUS $1M and the achieved net revenue was MINUS $2M. Yet, the compensation committee still thought that the bonuses should be paid. Wow, with management like that, how can this company fail? |
