| The filings in the bankruptcy actions continue to be interesting. Here is one where a certain Boyd Lynn Gerber claims $500 has not been paid and is "caught in bankruptcy": http://chapter11.epiqsystems.com/Cla...clientcode=SCO |

I have/had contracts many fortune 500 companies like State and Federal Gov, MySQL AB, IBM, Novell, UNISYS, and others. So if they did the same I could be listed as well. I depends on the timing. I do not discriminate. I provide my skills for hire. I am a consultant/developer/... I do a lot of NRE. I do not discuss my contracts in public. This is all you will hear from. -- Boyd Gerber <gerberb@zenez.com> ZENEZ 1042 East Fort Union #135, Midvale Utah 84047 |

This is all you will hear from. My point is not to insult you. It sucks to have a customer not pay a bill in full. My point is to highlight that small suppliers (such as you) and employees [J. Boland -- are you reading this?] are claiming to have not been paid, while the company still tries to pay bonuses to the execs who are running the company into the ground and the company makes a loss of twice the amount that was in the bonus agreements. |

My understanding of bankruptcy procedures is that they aren't ALLOWED to pay pre-bankruptcy debts at this point. My understanding of bankruptcy procedures is close to zero, but the interesting thing about Boyd's bill is that 90% of it was paid (the bill was for $5k). The bill was dated early October, so it seems likely that the work was completed before the bankruptcy filing. |
