| Hello, I've just installed OpenServer 5.0.5 on an IBM xSeries 206 8482-14X server with the following hardware configuration: "P4 1x2.8GHz/200-800MHz (1MB L2 cache), 1x 512MB ECC, 2 x 36.4GB HDD, SVGA, ATI, Ultra320 SCSI, parallel IDE, 48x CD-ROM (IDE), diskette drive, 1GBit Ethernet controller" The problem is that I couldn't find the driver of the ServeRAID SCSI AIC-7901 controller. Does anyone know if that driver exists for 5.0.5 or will I have to upgrade to 5.0.7 ? In case the driver for OSR 5.0.5 exists, please tell me where from it can be downloaded. Thank you, Fernando Ronci E-mail: fernandoronci@hotmail.com |

SCO provides the ad320 driver for 5.0.6 and 5.0.7, not 5.0.5. Your only possibility is the Adaptec web site. -- JP |

Try the SCO BTLD image near the bottom of this page: http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview...psg1MIGR-56039 The driver name is ipsraid. It's unclear from the readme file whether this driver supports the onboard serveraid controller. It's also unclear as to which versions of Openserver are supported. There is no 'Openserver 5.1'. If you don't have it, here is the link to download the iso image: http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview...&cc=us&lang=en The documentation does not specify specific versions on Openserver, leading me to guess it is compatible with most versions.
