Buy, install and license the enterprise edition. But 5.0.5 is well outdated. Ron |

Other than upgrading to the Enterprise edition, you could install a terminal server such as the old Chase IOLANs (now Perle) which come up on eBay from time to time. These allow reverse telnet so network users can connect to serial ports on the server. |

Can't imagine what you mean by this. You buy the upgrades. You need to upgrade from 5.05 Host to 5.0.7 Host and then 5.0.7 Host to 5.0.7 Enterprise. That's the ONLY way to do it, so therefor it is the most expeditious and cheapest simply because there is no other way. Whoa whoa whoa, now you know any statement as sweeping and absolute as that just begs contention. He can't get a host-enterprise upgrade without upgrading from 5.0.5? or find a full 5.0.x enterprise on ebay? http://cgi.ebay.com/SCO-OpenServer-E... QcmdZViewItem Brian K.
