Yeah, yeah, yeah and thanks. I dropped the zero. What's a zero worth anyways? Besides, I got 7 more days to atone for last years screw ups (I vowed to double check my sloppy postings). However, do I include this one in last years list, or do I wait until next Yom Kippur? -- # Jeff Liebermann 150 Felker St #D Santa Cruz CA 95060 # 831.336.2558 voice http://www.LearnByDestroying.com # jeffl@comix.santa-cruz.ca.us # 831.421.6491 digital_pager jeffl@cruzio.com AE6KS |

My philosophy is never do today what you can put off >until tomorrow. ;=0 Mine is: "Never do today what you can get someone else to do for you tomorrow" Credit goes to a former employer who also believed that: "Procrastination is the key to flexibility". Of course, I was the one that got stuck with all the last minute fire drills. Other slogans were: "Planning is everything" which resulted in 100% of the allotted project time being consumed by meetings, and: "The first step to solving a problem is to blame someone", which is where I learned to gracefully accept denunciation. That was a radical change from the previous employer, who advocated and practiced: "Do something, even if it's wrong", which resulted in zero planning and everything being re-done at least twice. In any case, I have one more screw up to atone for. Yom Kippur starts this Sunday eve, not in 7 days. I knew that but mistyped the number. Too bad my spelling chequer can't catch that type of mistake. -- Jeff Liebermann 150 Felker St #D Santa Cruz CA 95060 (831)421-6491 pgr (831)336-2558 home http://www.LearnByDestroying.com AE6KS jeffl@comix.santa-cruz.ca.us jeffl@cruzio.com |
