I'm having trouble getting the on board NIC to work after install 6.0 on a
system that 5.0.7 worked just fine.

The board is an Intel D845GERG2 and the integrated nic type is Intel
Pro/1000 LAN Connection.

Any idea's

Can you say some more about the trouble you are having.

Does the card get autodetected at install time?

If you run the ScoAdmin Network Configuration Manager (netconfig)
does the card get detected?

Does the dcu see the card?

Yes the card gets autodetected at install time and the ip, gateway and DNS
setting are proper.

It is detected as a PRO/1000.
