Default OpenServer 6.0.0 and mapchan

Hi all,

SCO OpenServer 6.0.0 + MP1 + OSS702B

Trying to use "mapchan" as a superuser (root) works as expected, but as
a regular user, I get an error. For instance:
------------
$ mapchan -f /usr/lib/mapchan/cons.850

cannot open /bin/awk for map connection
------------

As a workaround, I have used "asroot" to become the user in superuser
and run "mapchan". This works ok, but it's not adequate.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance. Greetings from Spain.

This was reported months ago; I'm hoping to see it fixed in MP2.

I am hoping to post MP2 in 3-4 weeks time.
