| Open Server 5.0.6 During the replacement of a mother board, it was necessary to remove the usb supplement. This resulted in a problem with applied patches. These patches were removed (with os complaints), and the usb application was removed. Now I am trying to reapply the patches. The reapplication is failing with a message: Multiple patches were selected to patch the same component (SCO:Unix 5.0.6Ga). These patches should be applied one at a time in the desired order. I found no solution in the knowledge base. Can anyone tell me where this information is kept or how to clear the problem? TIA Ron |

From oss629a.ltr: 7. When prompted to select software to install, double-click on the folder icon to expand the view. You will see two components ("MANUTIL" and SCOHTTPD"). Since these components must be installed one at a time, click on the first component to select it and then choose "Install." Repeat steps 3 through 7 to install the second component, and be sure to select the second component when you repeat this step. Bob Cole > TIA > Ron > > > |
