| Hi Im running SCO 5.0.4. On a TIME computer. Sorry I dont know what motherboard it is and I'm quite new to the whole UNIX thing. Im trying to install my 3com 3c905bX network card. When I use 'add new LAN adapter' in scoadmin, Scoadmin exits and I get the message, "Fatal error: GetValueFromDB(/var/opt/K/SCO/lli/5.0.4d/sysdb/net1):No ADAPTER:AOF attr Error Information logged to: /tmp/tclerror.1346.log Fatal Error: (vTcl interp) Mainloop already running Error Information logged to: /tmp/tclerror.1341.log I also receive this message which only hangs around for a very short time. "ncfgBE(SendNDRequest): Network Driver script died". I have tried looking at the tclerror logs but these dont make much sense to me. The IP of the machine was recently (before I tried doing any thing!) changed and I duly edited the hosts file to remove the duplicate entries my hosts file now looks like this: 127.0.0.1 localhost 10.5.0.3 comLogic comLogic1.co.uk Does anyone know what I can do? |
