BTW, I didn't mention anything about the mux because I assume the
terminal is working or you would have said something? If the terminal
is working, the mux is fine.

If that's NOT the case, whatever is connnected to channel three at one
end originated at channel three at the other. so the 8th port of the
first Digi concentrator should be on channel three.
