| One or our 6.0 systems with MP2 is showing increasing loading in `uptime` while a `ps -ef` shows nothing unusual but an occasional high of 00:00:06. Actually the `ps` readout is typical while `uptime` shows a load average: 0.87 0.80 0.50 . After a few days, it eventually needs rebooting as everything slows down while `ps` says all is fine. What should I be looking for to discover why `uptime` keeps climbing to over 1.00 over the course of a day or two? Carl |
