AMD64 config(8) won't change kernel devices

Just a note, I couldn't reply to Bas Keur's post, google is having
problems, "Unable to retrieve message
41f7a700$0$16836$e4fe514c@news.xs4all.nl"

No, this doesn't work unfortunately, I've tried it many times:

$ config -o /test -e /bsd
OpenBSD 3.6 (GENERIC) #136: Fri Sep 17 12:28:10 MDT 2004
deraadt@amd64.openbsd.org:/usr/src/sys/arch/amd64/compile/GENERIC
Enter 'help' for information
ukc> change atapiscsi
33 atapiscsi* at pciide* channel -1 flags 0x0

Not enough space to change device.
ukc> quit
Saving modified kernel.

I just can't seem to change my devices to matter what I try. After the
failure above I also tried it a couple more times on /test and /bsd,
but neither worked.

Yes I noticed that, but I'm new to OpenBSD, and am a Java programmer,
never the less, I shall take a look and see if I can work something
out.
