Default D-Link DSL-200 USB Modem on OpenBSD 3.4

Hi all,
A while ago I posted a question in regards to installing/setting up a
D-Link DSL-200 USB Modem on OpenBSD 3.4 and someone wrote back with a
manual page from openbsd.org in regards to a generic adsl modem. I
forgot to note down the exact URL and their site has changed in a way
that I can't find anything. So again I ask for anyone's help on
installing this modem, or just info on "generic" modems with OBSD 3.4
Thanks in advance,
