I need to search quickly via my emails, documents, ... Exist some
crawler, which can be easily installed on OpenBSD (+KDE)

Thx,
Jiri

Not quite. The beagle stuff in gnome would require mono, and the whole
search infrastructure of kde is slated for KDE4, which means we have pieces
that build, like strigi, but nothing really finished for now (especially
since kde pim is actually slated for 4.1).

You have raw search engines like lucene and clucene in the ports tree, no
idea what kind of indexing you'll get out of them.

If you can live with old-style text commands, and you mainly need to search
through text documents, glimpse is a nice possibility (also available in the
ports treee).

Thank you for the complex answer. I installed and tested glimpse
successfully.
