| Hi, I have an OpenBSD 3.3 install on another box, and really like this OS. I am having troubles with OpenBSD 3.5 install on another boxen. The problem is that in the very first stages of /install/ the video buffer seems to overflow and I get screenfull of garbage. I am actually still able to complete the install to some degree, but I am still wrestling with disklabel and it's really taxing dealing with this app and the crap on screen at the same time. I am reading up on disklabel and fdisk and will get my HD set-up, I just don't need this other problem. The dmesg lines for video are: vga1 Matrox 1064SG 220MHz rev 0x03 wsdisplay0 at vga1: console (80x25, vt100 emulation) Does this sound familiar to anyone, or anyone know of a workaround. Maybe this is a bug in 3.5? thanks in advance. Nick |
