I'm looking to add OpenBSD to a current multiboot desktop. Each OpenBSD
will have its own hardrdrive.

What PCI IDE disk controllers are compatible with OpenBSD?

Which aren't is a better question. There is a FAQ for these kind of
questions. See www.openbsd.org. You should check yourself instead of
asking for an exhaustive list.
