optimal server for OPENBSD 3.4

How is optimal server configuration for OBSD 3.4:

- 50 shell-users
- mail for 200 users (Postix, sasl2, tls, amavis, mksvir)
- ftp (anonymous, 10 login-users)
- fxp0 (10Mbit), fxp1(local 100Mbit)
- internal network about 30 workstations

I will not have to spend too lot of money for a server.
