I am interesting to do roaming for client Win2k with a PDC Samba 2.2.

Back up the entire profile of the user is to heavy.

But there is the file NTUSER.INI in the user profile

this file contains command like [ExcludingFolder = ... ]

It's liked with a key in the registery

can we control the contents of the back up in the PDC server?

For example just the mail box?
