Have your SCSI devices disappeared? Time to check!

A recent change (scsi_base.c r1.96, Nov 13) eliminated a 2 second
delay everytime a scsi bus was detected. This was causing a system
'pause' everytime a usb umass device was plugged in and was
determined to be an anachronism.

Now that this change should be in all available snapshots, testing
the impact of eliminating the delay is required.

If you have any scsi or atapiscsi devices, please test a current
snapshot to ensure that all your devices are reliably detected. If
you find that devices are not being detected (e.g. missing disk
or cd or tape drives) then please email me dmesgs from before and
after the change.
